Meet Adelina Strange

I’m Adelina Strange, and my journey has spanned over 20 years, from my first job at age 13 in a café to becoming a club rep to a dry cleaner - and now I use my passion for writing and language in a career built around copywriting, marketing, branding and digital work.

While I’ve always been drawn to language, there’s another part of me that’s been ever-present: my spirituality.

As a child, I experienced things that hinted at my sensitivity to the world beyond. I saw my grandfather’s ghost in a window, felt energies I couldn’t explain and instinctively knew things before they happened.

Collecting crystals, lucid dreaming and sensing vibrations all became natural parts of my life.

As I grew older, I entered a chaotic period, full of work, societal pressures and systems that felt like an inevitable part of life. I experienced more sleep paralysis, almost as if my spiritual connection was being strained by the intensity of everything.

It wasn’t until much later, after years of following paths set by others, that I was diagnosed with Audhd. That revelation changed everything. My perspective on life, my spiritual frequency and my sense of self shifted. It felt as if I was seeing the world with fresh eyes.

I realised much of what I’d been taught to believe was holding me back—shame, fear and the expectation to conform. Suddenly, the rules that had always seemed so important started to fade. They didn’t make sense anymore. I saw time differently, I saw life differently. Of course, I still need to survive but I now believe in creating what I love, for myself, rather than chasing the dreams of others.

This is how Adelina Strange was born. It’s my platform for everything I’ve ever dreamed of: curating gifts, writing children’s books and building a community of spiritual thinkers who need a place to connect.

I believe in the power of a thoughtful gift, something that shows someone how much they are loved. I search for products that open your mind, nurture self-care or simply bring joy.

Adelina Strange is the job I always wished existed, so I created it for myself. It’s a reflection of my journey, my transformation and my belief that we can all create the lives we desire once we break free from the constraints of the world around us.
